The decision to run an Incentive Scheme within an organisation can be emotive and can often create a little unrest if a scheme is only in place for specific departments or groups of personnel.

What could a typical Tiered Travel Incentive Scheme include?
The world’s your oyster, of course, but here are some suggestions:
For the senior Management – this might include first class travel to Dubai, for example, staying at the incomparable Burj Al Arab, or perhaps an unforgettable tour on the Simplon Orient Express…
For the sales team – this could be a long haul Group Travel Incentive to Zambia where they can experience anything from a sunset cruise on the Zambezi to a game drive in the Chobe desert…
For the support staff – perhaps a short haul Incentive Travel program to Iceland with snowmobiling on the ice cap built into the program…
For the Call Centre staff – perhaps a Tiered Reward Scheme offering Travel Incentive Vouchers of various values. These can be used individually and, depending, on the value will pay for their holiday or be put towards a family trip.
For Distributors – these can be a mixture of any of the above or they could have a Tiered Program built specifically for their sales success levels.
Travel Incentive Vouchers
As well as being part of a Tiered Incentive Program, Travel Incentive Vouchers are a great introduction to Incentive Travel for smaller organisations who may not have the budget for Group Travel.
They can be awarded for Sales Achievement, a Recognition for contribution, or just a Thank You for a job well done.
